| This is dependent upon the time of day of your function and can be answered by your Sales Associate. |

| We can always guarantee one hour before your function. As long as there are no other events prior to yours, you may have access to the room earlier |
| Can I come to see the room set up before I book? |
| Most definitely. In fact, we encourage you to do so. It is best to call your sales associate and have them look for a function that is similar in size and set up to yours and see the room set up to get a better idea for your event. |
| Do you provide Audio/Visual Equipment ? |
| At no charge you have access to our microphone and podium, a 6'x6' screen, floor easels, and any display tables that you may need. |
| Do you have Valet Parking? |
| No, there is plenty of ample parking and also handicap parking. |
| Do you have Centerpieces available to use? |
| No. |
| Can I use candles on my tables? |
| Yes, candles are permitted; we just ask that they are in an approved, fire-resistant container. |
| Do you have a place for my ceremony, and if so how many people can you accommodate? |
| Yes, we can accommodate a ceremony with up to 170 guests. We can also create a ceremony aisle for you through your reception tables. |
